Rebecca Goth is a non-playable Sim from The Sims 3 Pets for console. She lives on 1107 Rocky Pine Run in Sugar Maple Coast with her cat, Buttons. Her relationship to the Goth family is not comfirmed but her biography hints at Rebecca being the great-granddaughter of Timaeus Goth, the oldest known member of the Goth family.
According to her biography, Rebecca was drawn to Sugar Maple Coast due to the stories of her family there. Her great-grandfather is said to have carved the town out of the wilderness. It is likely that this is Timaeus Goth, captain of "The Hawthrone" and one of the founders of the town, who is buried at the Goth Family Cemetery (311 Harvest Nook) along with Angela Gilman. Angela was married to a Goth man but never changed her name, meaning she could potentially have been Timaeus' wife and therefore possibly Rebecca's great-grandmother, which would make Rebecca a distant relative to the other founding family of Sugar Maple Coast, the Gilman family. The Goths left the town shortly after Angela Gilman's death but now Rebecca has returned to the town in an attempt to find out more about the many mysteries surrounding her family's history.
Rebecca can be made playable by asking her to move in or marrying her, though she is unflirty so romancing her may prove difficult. She has no friends other than her cat Buttons, likely because of her loner trait. Rebecca is also a bookworm with three writing skill points and wants to become a Professional Author, but since she is employed in the Mausoleum Clerk career, she is on track to becoming an Epitaph Writer.
