Rarahu Anuata is a pre-made playable adult Sim from Felicity Island, one of the neighborhoods shipped with The Sims Castaway Stories. He is an island native, a skilled hunter, and Chief Fangaloka's personal guard. In the Shipwrecked and Single story, Rarahu may be enountered at the Crossroads before meeting Professor Rhinehart at the Boneyard, where he would be found guarding the path to the Scavenger Fields. When the protagonist approaches him, he attacks them. In this case Rarahu would be the first island native that the protagonist meets, while Nanihi Manave would be instead if the Crossroads are avoided by following an alternative way to the professor.

Later in the story, Rarahu greets the protagonist at the Village Market. The protagonist has just been allowed into the village after saving the chief's daughter Nanihi from hyenas. Rarahu is found in the neighborhood's family bin after the story is finished.

Rarahu has the Knowledge aspiration and the Aries zodiac sign. As far as personality goes, Rarahu is quite neat, outgoing and active, but also quite grouchy and extremely serious. He has no skill points and his interests will be randomized when he first appears in-game.

Even though none of his facial features use any of the broken Maxis face templates in Create a Sim, when Rarahu grows into an elder, it becomes clear that his facial features are nonetheless broken.
