The Rancher trait is a lifestyle trait introduced in The Sims 4: Horse Ranch. It conflicts with the lazy and squeamish traits.

These Sims excel at ranch life and take pride in their work. They enjoy ranch chores and caring for their Livestock.

Attributes

• Receives "Burden of Love" happy moodlet when caring for ranch animals such as horses, mini sheep, mini goats, cows, llamas, and chickens.
• Enjoys ranch related social events
• Can sometimes get a free bottle of nectar while Nectar Making
• Will get tense when not working on ranch activities in a while.
