Rags is a pre-made display cat who appears in every neighborhood that is updated with the secret sub-neighborhood Pets, which is shipped with The Sims 2: Pets. There is a chance that he appears on a Crazy-Cat Pet Display at a Community lot, from which a new pet can be created and adopted. Rags himself, however, can not be adopted through normal gameplay.
Rags is a Singapura. He enjoys Weather, Playing, Sleeping, and Toys.
Rags is named Rocky when viewing his character file. It is possible that he was originally meant to be named Rocky, but was renamed to Rags.
