Prowler is a pet trait featured in The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs. It is only available to cats, but there is a functionally equivalent dog trait called Hunter. It has no conflicts.
These cats enjoy prowling around the neighborhood. Send them out and they might come back with something they've found.
