A very large 42x28sq pool, likely the biggest prebuilt pool in the Sims franchise. Such is the size of the pool, that Sims who get fatigued while in the middle of the pool, may not necessarily be able to get back to shore before drowning.
There's also a large makeshift spectator stand made of stairs, possibly indicating that swimming is a popular sport in Roaring Heights (albeit behind baseball).
Though a gate is leading out to the beach if Sims want to swim in the ocean, the distance is a bit too far (40~45sq) for the lot to be considered a dual pool-beach lot.
Additionally, and remarkably, Sims can swim in other Sims' private lots' unfenced outdoor swimming pools without being told to leave the lot.
Trivia[]
There are no designated pool lot assignments in Bridgeport and Starlight Shores. Bridgeport has the Aquarius poolside lounge and a fair few semi-public pool areas near skyscrapers; while Starlight Shores has Los Sueños Private Club, a decently large gym pool, and various unfenced private villa pools.
The sole public pool in the game, it suits the basic needs expected of a summertime outdoors pool, in particular to see the player Sims swim at tremendous speeds while still in their everyday clothes.
The lot is also right next door to Ollie's Skate Park, so close that they effectively form a combined lot with no border margins between them.
The Swimming Center in The Sims FreePlay is unlocked during the quest "It's All Going Swimmingly." It contains an indoor pool with diving boards, a lifeguard chair, a slide, and a kiddie playground for toddlers. It is a location for Sims to practice the Diving skill if they do not have a pool at home. Sims can also be lifeguards, slide down the slide, swim in the pool, and play on the playground (toddlers only). There is a coffee machine near the front desk in case sims need to fill their Energy need.

Notes[]
↑As the coffee bar is outdoors, there is a theorethical chance that whichever NPC is staffing the bar could catch fire or freeze to death if Seasons is installed, though this has not been confirmed.
