Phoebe Twiddle is a Sim residing in SimValley in the handheld version of The Sims: Bustin' Out. In its sequel The Urbz: Sims in the City, she is an Urb residing in Miniopolis.

The Sims Bustin' Out[]

In The Sims: Bustin' Out, she was a cashier at Nicki Knack's Bric-A-Brac trinket shop, but cannot be socialized with as she only sells items.

The Urbz: Sims in the City[]

Following the events of The Sims: Bustin' Out, Phoebe moves to Miniopolis a few weeks before Pepper Pete's disappearance, and opens her own shop where Ava Cadavra serves as its cashier.^{[citation needed]}

Phoebe's only mission appearance is during Gotta Finish The Riff, though she is only involved at the beginning.

If the player compliments Phoebe, she will respond by telling you that her shirt is made out of a set of curtains.

If the player asks her about travel, she will mention that she sometimes misses her old farmer boyfriend. Phoebe is possibly referring to Uncle Hayseed, who was the protagonist's uncle in the previous game.

Once the player reaches a relationship level of 100 with Phoebe, she will reveal that there are stories of a man who used to live in Glasstown trash cans, which unlocks a trash can home for the player just outside of King Tower.
