Peter Tutti (or Peter Party Guys) is a Sim in The Sims Bustin' Out and The Sims for console.

Biography

Life leading up to The Sims Bustin' Out

At the beginning of The Sims Bustin' Out, if the player's Sim is female, she is repeatedly asked by Peter to kiss him while in a recreational version of Club Rubb (whereas it's Candi Frutti if the player's Sim is male). He is available as a playable character in the Free Play mode, living in the Tutti household. He resides at 2 Free Street with three other roommates who are considered as his "brothers": Rod, Woody, and Ziggy. He is one of the few Sims that the player's Sim can marry.

Peter appears with colorful long black hair and solar-silver sunglasses over top of bright green eyes. He wears a bright silver-white long sleeve shirt with brown pants (brown replica of the pair he wears in The Sims). Unlike his roommates, Peter wears black pajamas. As of corresponding friendliness like his "brother" Woody, Peter is very easy to talk to, as well as being playful. However, the player can always change his appearance, just like his roommates if chosen to do so.

Sims with the personality Sagittarius or Aquarius have a much better advantage of becoming friends with Peter than those with Scorpio and Capricorn. Peter and Woody also have just about the same facial structure.

Life leading up to The Sims (console)

In The Sims for console, Peter lives with the same roommates as in The Sims Bustin' Out, in addition to Randy, who is absent from Bustin' Out. Peter wears a striped sweater and dress pants with slippers. This outfit could be a reference to him being a bit lazy, although his personality says he's pretty active. Unlike Peter Tutti from Bustin' Out, he has short blond hair and wears black reading glasses (if the player chooses to do so, they can change his appearance). As mentioned in his biography, he's hooked on computer games. Interestingly, his bio refers to his "mum", whereas other characters in the same game use "mom", suggesting that he may be of British or Australian descent (alternatively, this may simply be a typo). His interests are Travel, Money, and Weather. As mentioned in his bio, it is up to the person's Sim to show him what life is about (if she wants to marry him). Female players must be forewarned: having a computer around will draw him to it, and it'll take patience to keep him away from it. But if he's the chosen husband for the female player after Hot to Trot and there's a baby cradle, then the computer may be a good idea to keep him nearby, as that will be the only thing distracting him until it cries. He also appears in the Taylor's Place multiplayer game with his roommates Woody, Rod, and Randy.
