Peter Sims is one of the pre-made NPC garden club members from Weather, the secret sub-neighborhood that ships with The Sims 2: Seasons. He appears in all neighborhoods, once the Seasons expansion pack has been installed. Peter can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Oddly enough, asking him to move in will add only §1 to the household funds.
He has short red hair, a short red goatee, square glasses, light blue eyes, and light skin. Peter wears beige pants and a dark green shirt. He is mostly interested in Work. Peter has the same facial structure as Gary Thompson. Even though he has red hair, his SimDNA in SimPE confirms that his natural hair color is brown.
Like other garden club members, Peter will sometimes appear at community lots. He may be related to Melissa or Vicki Sims from Strangetown, though there is no evidence to suggest that any of them are related, other than that they have the same last name.
