Penelope Sargeant is a deceased Sim who lived in Twinbrook during her life. She burned to death and rests in the Ivy Hill Graveyard. She may be related to the Sargeant family, but she does not appear on their family tree, she also shares her Perceptive, Ambitious, Friendly and Brave traits with them. She never completed her lifetime wish. Penelope is one of few pre-made Sims along with Maggie Net and Cat Stielburg who have the Dramatic trait.
As all deceased Sims in Twinbrook, she has pale green skin, grey hair and barefoot.
