Oscar Del Fuego is an NPC Sim residing in Strangetown from The Sims 2 for PlayStation Portable. He is, apparently, the town's mechanic. When the player asks for their car to be fixed, Oscar gets offended and tells them that he is not just any mechanic, but that he's an 'artist'. Oscar won't fix the player's car until they chat with him. After the player chats, Oscar says he likes the player and will give them a friendly discount, meaning they will only have to pay §500.

When the player returns to collect the car, they will discover the garage has vanished almost without a trace (except you can see the flooring, showing the garage was ripped up from the ground) along with Oscar and the car.

Oscar isn't seen again until the end of the game, where he is under the control of Doctor Dominon's mind control device.

In prerelease images, Oscar had tattoos and hair, it is unknown as to why his design was changed.
