World Sunset Valley

Opal Suarley is a pre-made deceased Sim who resided in Sunset Valley, the world shipped with The Sims 3. She drowned as a child and is buried in Pleasant Rest Graveyard.

Opal is characterized by the stars on her outfit and face paint. She is one of the few dead pre-made Sims with face paint. She is one of the six pre-made deceased children in The Sims 3. The others are Wilhelmina Leaf from Twinbrook, Kirsten Remington from Riverview, Marabel Goldbeard and Davey Moans from Barnacle Bay, and Sandra Salas from Midnight Hollow. She also has a lifetime wish, which is uncommon for a child.

By exploiting a bug in NRaas Traveler, it can be seen that Opal was the sole member of the Suarley household in the game's internal coding before her death. The bug makes her alive, but she cannot be chosen as the active household without softlocking. She was a child in a single-member household, which would've nominally resulted in child services taking her away soon after starting a bugged save file, if not for how the game and/or mod (if Supernatural is installed) tried to make an elixir consignment store her home anyway.
