Opal Suarley is a pre-created deceased Sim in The Sims 3. She was a child at the time of her death, and she drowned, as indicated by her blue ghost. She is buried in Pleasant Rest Graveyard. Her traits are Daredevil, Family-Oriented and Good. Her favorite food is sushi, her favorite music is electronica, and her favorite color is red.

She has dark skin, brown hair in pigtails, and full-face makeup. She is characterized by the stars on her outfit and face paint. She is one of the six pre-made deceased children in The Sims 3. The others are Wilhelmina Leaf from Twinbrook who was electrocuted, Kirsten Remington from Riverview who drowned, Marabel Goldbeard from Barnacle Bay who also drowned, Davey Moans who was also from Barnacle Bay and was burnt to death, and Sandra Salas from Midnight Hollow who was electrocuted.

She is one of the few dead pre-made Sims with face paint. She also has a lifetime wish, which is uncommon for a child.

Opal can be resurrected by making her eat Ambrosia. She can be added to an active family as a ghost by the Oh My Ghost! Opportunity or via a cheat.
