Nicholas Landchild is one of the pre-made NPC landlords from the Magic secret sub-neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Apartment Life. The other two landlords are Vyn Shaw and Steven Butler. Like all pre-made landlords, Nicholas appears in every neighborhood. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. Nicholas has short blond hair, grey eyes, and light skin.
He is a Knowledge Sim with the Sagittarius zodiac sign. As far as personality, Nicholas is extremely neat, very active, and a little bit playful. But he is somewhat shy and grouchy. When it comes to his skill points, Nicholas has maximized the cooking, mechanical, logic, and cleaning skills. He is mostly interested in Food and Money.
Nicholas' name is randomized when the neighborhood is first loaded. The name "Nicholas Landchild" is only referenced in the game files. He has the same facial structure as Grayson Butler.
