Nancy the Paper Girl is an NPC in The Sims. She delivers the daily newspaper, and if Superstar is installed, also delivers the Studio Town tabloid. She is a child and whistles when she walks by.

You cannot interact with her, but if Unleashed is installed, and a family owns a dog, the dog may chase her. If she sees roaches, she will throw papers at them, thus making a mess.
