Nancy the Paper Girl delivers newspaper in The Sims and you can not interact with her. She is a child and whistles when she walks by. She is rumored to be the daughter of Holofernes Dottore. Also if you own a dog it will scare her away. If she sees roaches she will throw papers at it making a mess.
