| Talk about a flashback to the 80's! Nestled in Suburbia, Mimi's House house seems normal until you go inside. Mimi aspires to be a material girl punk, but up to now she's only been able to afford cheap knock-offs and sale items from department stores. | |

Mimi's Place is a residential lot in SimValley that appears in the console version of The Sims Bustin' Out. It is the home of Mimi Landgraab, the daughter of Malcolm Landgraab with whom the player can move in with at the beginning of the game.
When living at there, Dudley's Trailer only becomes unlockable as a travel destination, as the player cannot live with both Mimi and her brother, Dudley Landgraab. The house is decorated in a feminine style, showcasing Mimi's fashionable tastes. The main goals at Mimi's Place are to fix damaged things around the house, get to know Mimi better, invite your Mom over to your new place, visit Dudley and teach him "sign language", and receive promotions at the game's jobs. The player can change up the biggest bedroom by choice by changing the wallpaper and carpeting to their own tastes.
