Media production is a skill in The Sims 4: Get Famous. The media production skill allows Sims to produce two different types of media, Video and Music. Sims can produce videos through the More Views Video Station, and produce music through the Mix Master Music Station.

Media production is available for Sims aged child and older. Children can learn this skill upon mastering their Creativity fundamental. Ways to build this skill are:
- Using a video station.
- Using a Streaming drone.
- Creating a music track using the Mix Master Music Station. (Teens and older only)
- Sitting in on a media production skill class.[TS4:DU]
- Taking a media production elective class while attending university.[TS4:DU]
