Max Racket is a pre-made Sim residing in Twinbrook from The Sims 3: Ambitions. He lives with his big family with his wife, Marigold, his children, Bill and Dennis, his daughter-in-law Silver, and his grandchildren Shark and Lolly.

The Rackets appear to be a long-line criminal clan, and Max as the head of the family, is considered to be a renowned criminal. There isn't evidence on the surface, however, that shows Max's hard work of being a criminal, and although his bio implies that he is enjoying his retirement, he is currently working part-time as a Spa Specialist. Max's work performance isn't very good either, as it's halfway to the bottom red. He might need to work harder, or else he'll get fired. On the other hand, his wife Marigold has evident proof of being a successful criminal, being a retired Supervillainess. It is implied in Marigold's biography that Max may not actually be the true head of the crime family, and that Marigold is the one who really manages the "business".

Max is a Mean-Spirited, Evil Sim, who also possesses the Kleptomaniac trait. His lifetime wish is to become an expert kleptomaniac and steal others' property. This would imply that his actual crime is that he directly steals property as a kleptomaniac. He is also a Lucky Coward, so he may not be as legendary a criminal as he makes himself out to be compared to his wife. Interestingly, Max has 7 skill points of Consignment. This is probably because he used to sell numbers of stolen items.

Max has a poor relationship with his wife. He is enemies with all his children, but friends with Silver, his daughter-in-law, however. He is friends with Shark, and acquaintances to Lolly. He doesn't have many relationships outside his family.
