The Martinez family (also spelled Martínez) is a premade family appearing in The Sims 3 and The Sims 4.
In both games, the family consists of married couple Pablo and Jennifer Martinez, two Sims who are described as possessing a love for the outdoors. Upon their reintroduction through the "Parenting Predicaments" scenario, however, they are joined by their two children, Leonardo and Sofia Martinez.
History
The Sims 3
Upon their introduction in The Sims 3, the Martinez family consists of married couple Pablo and Jennifer Martinez. Rather than appearing in any specific world, however, the family can be found in the family bin with the base game. In order to become playable, players must first place the Martinez family in an empty house or lot in a world of their choosing.
Sharing a love for nature and the outdoors, Pablo and Jennifer worry how their new suburban lifestyle will affect them.
The Sims 4
Returning in The Sims 4 as part of the "Parenting Predicaments" scenario, Pablo and Jennifer Martinez are now parents to two rambunctious children: Leonardo and Sofia.
Their primary objective in the scenario is to raise Leonardo and Sofia into responsible children through their teen years.
