Marshall Curious is a pre-made playable adult Sim residing in Twinbrook, the world shipped with The Sims 3: Ambitions. He is the husband of Cherish, the father of Notzo and Bunny, the grandfather of Glarn and the great-grandfather of Chloe Singles, Lola Singles, Jenny Smith, Pascal, Vidcund and Lazlo. He is also the great-great-grandfather of Johnny Smith, Jill Smith, Tycho and Nova. When his household is first played, he is 5 days away from becoming an elder.
Marshall has an unending thirst for knowledge, as stated in his personal and household bio; the latter goes on to mention that his work has much more importance to future generations than he imagined. Marshall, Cherish and Bunny do not appear in any other games, though Notzo can be found in his descendants' family trees.
Marshall is friends with Beverly and Robert Castor and acquaintances with his boss. He has two skill points in logic and writing, three in fishing, five in handiness and six in gardening and is employed as a Top Secret Researcher in the science career. He carries two laptops and a book in his inventory.
Although their official relation is unknown, Marshall bears a striking resemblance to Steward Curious, a deceased Sim buried in Twinbrook's graveyard. He is speculated to be Steward's son.
Coincidentally, his grandson Glarn had a similar hairstyle and facial hair when he passed away.
