Marigold Racket is a pre-made Sim residing in Twinbrook from The Sims 3: Ambitions. She lives with her big family, who is a long-line criminal clan, with her husband Max, her children Bill and Dennis, her daughter-in-law Silver, and her grandchildren Shark and Lolly. Marigold appears to be the head of the criminal clan, as she is a retired Super Villain in Criminal career in evil branch. She also has another son, Dudley, who lives apart from the family, due to his distinct personality from the other members of the Rackets.

Marigold is said to be the true head of the family's crime syndicate, having previously worked in the Evil branch in the Criminal career herself while her cowardly husband Max hid his crimes by working at the Day Spa. Max's actual crime involves stealing other Sims' property directly as a Kleptomaniac. Marigold is stated to be missing her old job, and it's up to the player whether she rejoins the Criminal career and completes her lifetime wish or not.

Marigold has both Evil and Mean Spirited traits, and she shares them with Max, making them an evil couple. She has 6 skill points in Logic and mastered the Athletic skill. Marigold's lifetime wish is to become the empress of evil, which is to reach the top of Criminal career in the evil branch. She, however, has retired right before completing her lifetime wish. When viewing her in-game data files, she actually had 99% of career performance, which means just a slight effort in her career would complete her lifetime wish. Marigold only knows DeAndre Wolfe outside her family members, with whom she is only acquaintances. She is friends with her other family members, except Silver and Dudley Racket, with whom she is enemies.
