The Lump of Clay is an object in The Sims 4 found in the toy section of build mode with a fun rating of 4. Sims can use the "Mold Clay" interaction to mold it into different types of shapes.
While molding the clay, Sims gain an inspired moodlet for 4 hours. The finished product inflicts an emotional aura and the shapes also depend on what emotion the molding Sim has.
There are nine different shapes the clay can be molded into: Eiffel Tower, a llama, a geometric star, a sphere with sticks pointing out, a tea kettle, a bowl, a bust, a grid, or a rabbit. The clay may also stay in its original ball shape after molding.
