Luis Aspir is a pre-made elder Sim residing in Desiderata Valley, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: FreeTime. His widowed wife Noriko Aspir (née Kimura) is deceased, and he lives with his son's family. At the start of the game, it is revealed that Luis had married Gilbert Jacquet. Luis is also the cousin of fellow Desiderata Valley resident Natasha Una. His hobby is Tinkering.

There is a Genie lamp in the attic of his home, which makes it possible to resurrect Luis' deceased wife. He is the only pre-made Sim to have already reached his lifetime want without the player's action. According to his SimDNA in SimPE, his hair was brown before it turned grey.

Luis is known to be the shoving Sim when a Sim from another household stargazes with a telescope during the day. This is because Luis is the first playable Sim created in Desiderata Valley. If Luis or another member of his household stargazes through a telescope, Sophia Jocque will be the shoving Sim instead.

Luis is very close to becoming fat at the start of the game, and will become fat if he overeats, and he hasn't increased his fitness level. When the family is first played, Luis is on his 34th day as an elder, and has 22 days left before he dies of old age. He will then have spent 55 days as an elder which wouldn't be possible in normal gameplay.

Luis is the Spanish form of Louis, a popular name, used by 18 French kings.
