Lovebug is an emotional trait available The Sims 4: Lovestruck. It conflicts with the jealous, loner, noncommittal, romantically reserved, and unflirty[TS4:CL] traits.
"Sims with this trait are constantly swept up in the whirlwind of romance. They fall in love easily, often wearing their hearts on their sleeves."

- Lovebugs randomly become flirty after partaking in romantic or creative activities, such as watching the Romance channel on TV or reading a romance novel. They also have a unique moodlet and idle animation when this happens.
- Lovebugs are more likely to develop a fear of being alone than other Sims.
- Lovebugs have very slightly faster Relationship Satisfaction decay (presumably because they romanticize romance too much).
- Lovebugs increase romantic relationships 20% faster.
- Lovebugs learn the Charisma and Photography skills 20% faster.
- Lovebugs learn the Romance skill 30% faster.
