His poor decision led to painful consequences for both him and Celene, but while she sought a remedy, Lou figured he could just ride this one out... which didn't turn out as anticipated. Lou Howell is a pre-made werewolf townie that lives in Moonwood Mill, the world that shipped with The Sims 4: Werewolves. He does not live in a house, but can be found in Manage Worlds. He is a member of The Wildfangs pack. He has appeared in several promotional material for The Sims 4: Werewolves, as well as the reveal trailer.
Whilst on a date with Celene López, Lou heard a young Jacob Volkov being attacked by an unknown vampire and the local feral werewolf, Greg. Lou decided to taunt Greg, partly to distract him from the child, and partly to impress Celene. This led to Lou and Celene getting bitten by Greg and contracting werebies, which Lou decided to embrace and become a werewolf. Unsurprisingly, he and Celene's relationship did not continue, though they remain amicable.

- Lou shares his surname with siblings Hoot and Annie Howell of Deadtree from The Sims 2 PSP. Since Annie is also a werewolf/the Nightbeast, it is possible they are related. Whether this was intentional or not by the developers is unknown.
