Lisa Ramirez (née Mendoza) is a pre-made playable adult Sim living in Bluewater Village with her husband Checo Ramirez and their child daughter, Tessa. At the start of the game, Lisa is 19 days away from becoming an elder. She and her husband will want to enroll Tessa into private school. Lisa and Checo have a mediocre relationship with each other; while they are still in love, they only hold a daily and lifetime relationship score in the 70's range.
Lisa and her daughter are best friends at the start of the game, even though their daily and lifetime relationships with one another are below 50. Because of this, they will lose their friendship at the first interaction with each other, unless cheats or hacks are used to raise the score. Lisa is voiced by Zoe Galvez.
Like her husband, Lisa is most likely Latina; her former surname, Mendoza, is most common in Venezuela. When viewed in SimPE, Lisa's zodiac sign is not recognized. This happens with several other pre-made playable Sims from Bluewater Village. Although Lisa has brown hair, her parents both have black hair—there is a similar case regarding Checo and his parents, which may have been an error by the developers.
Strangely, if Lisa's appearance is extracted with SimPE to Body Shop, she will be thin instead of fit. The reason for this is because she has the fitness texture for thin Sims instead of the one for fit Sims. This implies that she was originally thin and her fitness level was subsequently modified with a program like SimPE. The only way for her to have the fitness texture for fit Sims without hacks is by having her overeat until she becomes thin, and then have her workout until she is fit again. This also happens with many other pre-made Sims in The Sims 2.
