Lemonade is a type of beverage in various Sims games that Sims can drink, most commonly based on the lemon fruit.
The Sims Bustin' Out (handheld)[]
The bar in question.
The bar Burning Spoke Biker Bar in SimValley in The Sims Bustin' Out (handheld) has the job task Smoothie Slider from 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM (20:00 - 23:00), which involves serving the ordered drinks to the bar's customers, with one of the 3 drinks being lemonade.
The Country Café bar has
Southern Lemonade as one of its drinks, which costs §10.
The Sims 2: Open for Business[]

In The Sims 2: Open for Business, child Sims and older can tend the "Squeezin' It" Lemonade Stand to serve lemonade.
The patch notes for Patch 1.3.0.351 intended for Open for Business claims that visiting Sims would no longer get stuck after drinking lemonade, and that an unspecified "NPC Reporter" could now correctly order lemonade.
It is unclear if drinking lemonade from this stand has the heatstroke prevention ability that the later Seasons lemonade has.
The Sims 2: Seasons[]
The "The Main Squeezer 235X" juice maker in The Sims 2: Seasons has lemonade as one of the 12 available drinks if the Sim has 6 or more lemons at disposal, and Strawberry Lemonade if the Sim has 2 lemons and 2 strawberries at disposal.
Drinking lemonade is known to be one of several ways to prevent Sims from heatstrokes.
Drinking Strawberry Lemonade will increase a Sim's aspiration bar to Platinum.
