Kylo Ren is a NPC based on the fictional Star Wars character of the same name, included in The Sims 4: Journey to Batuu. He is part of the First Order and is exclusively found in the First Order district on Batuu.
He will first spawn in the base once a playable Sim reaches 3rd rank and begins a proper mission from Lieutenant Agnon. From this point on, Kylo Ren will always wander around the First Order district.
While a playable Sim cannot ask Kylo for a mission, some missions given by Lt. Agnon will be requests from Kylo and will require reporting to him at the end.
There is a special interaction called "Go to Kylo Ren" which will cause ordered Sim to stand right next to Kylo, but nothing else will happen.
He is not normally playable (unless added to a household using cheats).
Kylo and Rey are the only Force-user Sims in the pack. As such, he has an exclusive animation - where he brandishes his lightsaber and freezes a Sim in place (ability depicted in the Star Wars films) - which he will use on the player's Sim, should they ever report to him that they failed a mission. The player will almost certainly see this animation, as reporting to him is part of some missions.
While he wears the same outfit for every category, there is a mask less version.
