- This kit was mistakenly released on Steam two days early, but it was taken down again after two hours. People who bought the kit before it was removed were allowed to keep it.[1]
- This kit was missing a window that The Sims's Twitter account showed off in a teaser before it came out. Maxis responded saying that the window will be added to the kit in an upcoming patch.[2] The window was added to the base game in patch 121.
