Kirk Bailey is one of the pre-made NPC social workers residing in Oasis Landing, the futuristic sub-world shipped with The Sims 3: Into the Future. The other social workers are Alan Asp, Ashay Bell, and Jenna Long. He can be made playable by marrying him, or befriending him and asking him to move in.
Kirk is one of the few service NPCs from Oasis Landing to not be a Plumbot. Like all pre-made Sims from Oasis Landing, he has the Future Sim hidden trait.
Kirk shares his surname with Buddy Bailey from Twinbrook, Ricky Bailey from Bridgeport, and Thorne Bailey from Del Sol Valley, although they do not appear to be related to him.
