He appears in several trailers, renders, and promotional screenshots for the expansion pack. Kevin lives with the Price family, which consists of parents, Janae Price and Marcel Price, and their children Sidney Price, Savannah Price, and Jayden Price.
In the trailer, Kevin is shown to have a crush on a character, named Jessica, who is a fellow student at Copperdale High. However, Jessica does not appear in game, or in the Gallery.
