Kari Enriquez is one of the pre-made NPC cafeteria chefs employed at Académie Le Tour, one of the university sub-neighborhoods shipped with The Sims 2: University. The other two cafeteria chefs are Edward Love and Mary Perry. She can be made playable by befriending her and asking her to move in, or by marrying her.
Kari has the same facial structure as Diane Tsvirkunov. According to her SimDNA in SimPE, her hair was black before it turned gray. Like all cafeteria chefs and unlike other NPCs and townies, Kari is overweight.
Despite being a Family Sim, Kari's lifetime want is to earn §100,000 Simoleons, which is normally only available to Fortune Sims.
Her name is randomized when Académie Le Tour is generated. The name "Kari Enriquez" is only referenced in the game files.
