Kai Leiko is a pre-made Sim living in Bridgeport. He is Lola Belle's lover, and is much younger than her. He is said to be very lucky considering that he and Lola are a couple and Lola is talented, famous and rich and he reached fame being her lover. He is talentless, is lacking of skill and employment, and he actually wishes for his lover's death to get all her money, due to his "Gold Digger" lifetime wish.
He is at level 2 in the part-time Film career as a TV Actor, but has very poor job performance. He is one of the few living barefoot Sims. He is enemies with Apollo Bloom, Moxie Logan and Jupiter Belle and in general appears to get along badly with his neighbors.
He has a notably muscular body and wears makeup, probably to fit the look of a celebrity. He has one celebrity star probably for being involved with 5-star Lola. If looked very close, he has blush.
While he starts off with no skills, he may be loaded with a random level in a skill.
