Juan Ramirez (pronunciation in Spanish, correctly with the accent in I.) is the husband of Theresa Ramirez, the father of Checo Ramirez, and the grandfather of Tessa Ramirez. Not much is known about him since he is only mentioned in the family tree of his descendants. He appears to be Latino, and if so, he is the first in the game (Some other people are more presumably Spanish than Hispanic, Juan appears to be the first Latino in the Sims Series).
