Joe Graham is one of the pre-made elderly NPC Garden Club members from Weather, the secret sub-neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Seasons. He appears in all neighborhoods, once Seasons has been installed.
Joe can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. He has medium-length grey hair tied back in a ponytail, a grey mustache and goatee, light blue eyes, and medium skin. He is mostly interested in Fashion, Travel, Entertainment, and Work. He has the same facial structure as Grayson Butler.
According to his SimDNA in SimPE, Joe's hair was red before it turned grey. Like other garden club members, he will sometimes appear at Community lots. He wears a white shirt and greenish pants. Joe shares his name with a college student from Académie Le Tour.
