Jeb Harris is a pre-made playable Sim residing in Evergreen Harbor, the world shipped with The Sims 4: Eco Lifestyle. He lives with his parents Faye and Cletus, his little brother Gideon and his paternal grandmother Francine Spencer.
Jeb is a teen, who is 19 days away from becoming a young adult. He is a high school student (grade C) and has the Soulmate aspiration. He has four skill points in piano and three in handiness. Oddly enough, his aspiration and bonus trait do not match as the Muser trait is usually linked to a Creativity aspiration while Jeb's is Love - the same happens with his grandmother.
According to his family biography, Jeb is probably ashamed of something - likely his family, who could be based on American hillbillies[1] and possibly sell moonshine (fizzy drink) and marijuana (the plants they grow in their dark office). This explains why he has chosen to wear a shameful bag on his head. Another thing that exacerbates this theory is the fact he wears overalls and is barefoot in a few of his outfits, which is a stereotypical feature of a hillbilly.
