Jazlyn Parrott (née Shepherd) is a pre-made adult Sim residing in Appaloosa Plains, the neighborhood shipped with The Sims 3: Pets. She lives with her husband Kanoa and their son Ethan, and she is the sister of Alani and Hailey Shepherd. When the household is first played, she is 21 days away from aging up into an elder.
Jazlyn, as implied, is not very lucky, as her son is not growing up with the needed support from a strong parental figure and, consequently, he is growing closer to her. She got married to Kanoa at a young age and feels like she has 'matured beyond her years'. Jazlyn does not know about her husband's multiple affairs; her relationship with him further deteriorated upon learning that he sold her family heirloom teapot to Stephen Tinker and Checo Ramirez on their show Plumbob Pickers.
Jazlyn is best friends with Ethan, Alani and Alouette Bird, good friends with Hailey and friends with Benjamin Schmidt. She has no skills and is employed as a Produce Quality Assessor in the grocery store part-time job. She carries a book in her inventory.
