Jake is an orphan puppy who appears in every neighborhood that is updated with the secret sub-neighborhood Magic from The Sims 2: Apartment Life. He seems to have been accidentally included in Magic, since he is a pet and additionally requires Pets to function properly. He can be adopted by using the telephone to call the Pet Adoption Service.
Jake is a black Schnoodle, which is seen when he grows up. Strangely, he has no interests at all. When he is first spawned in-game, he will be one day from becoming an adult.
