Jacob Volkov is a pre-made teen werewolf that lives in Moonwood Mill, the world that shipped with The Sims 4: Werewolves, with his adoptive father Kristopher Volkov and Lily Zhu. He is the delta werewolf of the Moonwood Collective wolf pack.
Jacob is a teen, 20 days away from becoming an adult. He remembers very little of his life before his transformation. He was apparently very young when he became lost in the wood between Moonwood Mill and Evergreen Harbor, and found himself hunted by a vampire and a feral werewolf. He was bitten and turned by the werewolf, but before he could be further injured, he was found and taken in by Kristopher, and has remained a member of the Collective ever since.
He is close to his adoptive father and to his adoptive sister, Rory Oaklow. Since Rory has her own wolf pack, Wildfangs, Kristopher wants Jacob to be the heir of his wolf pack. In spite of his ideological differences with his sister, Jacob loves her very much, and fears losing her. He empathises with Lily's story of losing her cousins to the powerful vampire Vladislaus Straud.
