Jack I. Deal is an Urb residing on Splicer Island in Miniopolis from The Urbz: Sims in the City for handheld. His name is most likely a pun on the word "Ideal" and the phrase "Jack of all Trades."
Biography[]
Jack is primarily found on the first floor of the Riverboat in Sim Quarter and doesn't have a purpose in any of the main missions.
For the Splicer Island mission, The Boys Are Back In Town!, the player must gain a relationship of 40 with Jack before he accepts the offer of running the Smoothie Shop on the island, though this is the only mission he appears in. After this, Jack is always found on Splicer Island in the Smoothie Bar.
