Merge
This article or section is being considered for merging with Investigator. Reason: Other similar careers are under one parent-like group (Fashion/Retail Clothing, Architecture/Construction, etc.), this seems no different of a situation.

The Intelligence career track is a career added in The Sims 2 FreeTime. The Career reward is the Audio Augmenter Earpiece by Little Mole Inc. If Apartment Life is installed, Techs are more likely to work in this career.[TS2:AL] Intelligence has the highest weekly salary for the top career of any non-University career, almost exceeding that of the Show Business career. It is also the highest paying career shipped with FreeTime. College majors associated with this career are psychology, political science and economics.[TS2:U]

Befriending the hobby instructor for tinkering will reduce the friend requirement for this career by one.[TS2:FT]

This career does not appear again in later games, but the Special Agent branch of the Law Enforcement career in The Sims 3 and the Secret Agent career in The Sims 4 share some similarities to it. It is also similar to the Investigator profession in Sims 3.
