Humphrey Hawks is a pre-made playable Sim residing in SimValley from The Sims Bustin' Out for console. He lives in Tinsel Bluffs with Fanny Adore. His favorite interaction is imitate.
Like Fanny, Humphrey is tricky to become friends with as he may be in a poor mood, but will laugh at the player's sim's jokes if they're lucky enough. But he is also different from her, as he won't do any cleaning unless instructed by the player.
Humphrey is dressed as a laid-back 80's movie star with a lazy trait. It usually takes patience to get him to do something active.

- There is a glitch where Humphrey's sign is Cancer when Tinsel Bluffs is first loaded, when his sign is actually Taurus. This glitch fixes itself when Tinsel Bluffs is reloaded. The same applies to Fanny Adore.
- Humphrey, along with Mona Lott, Makino Nada, Maxine Powers, and Chase Skurtz, can be killed in Bust Out mode.
- The Herbert Walker character that Humphrey portrayed in his movie is a reference to the former American president, George Herbert Walker Bush.
