Hubris is a confirmed fatal flaw in The Sims Medieval. It may be similar to Snob, a trait featured in The Sims 3. It was confirmed in The Sims Townhall event.[1]

Any time you win a game or fight or complete a responsibility or quest objective your sim has a chance to be 'Blinded by Hubris' (-20 Focus for 2h)
