Hester Primm is a Sim from The Sims Bustin' Out and the only librarian in all of SimValley. She is also the only self-appointed, mannerly, and etiquette guru.
After talking to Hester, the player learns that the library shut down due to a bookworm infestation and from Sims not turning in books. In order to open it back up, the player has to return the books and read her cookbook, which was not as successful as she had hoped.
