In The Sims 3, he is currently an adult, with 9 days left in his stage. He lives with his wife Andromache. His son, Consort, whom he is friends with, lives across the river.
He is roughly midway towards completing his lifetime wish, as he is currently employed as a Flight Officer in the Military career. He has 9 skill points in the Fishing, 4 in Athletic, and three in Handiness at the start of the game.
By the time of The Sims 2, He suffered an untimely death as an adult. He cannot be resurrected without the use of hacks. If you use SimPE, you can see a hidden thumbnail of him as an elder. Why it is there is unknown. He has a blank personality and his interests are randomized upon resurrection like most Veronaville ancestors.
According to Consort's memories, Hector had died before Consort got married to Contessa. His being alive in Roaring Heights caused a retroactive continuity. This is likely an oversight by the developers. The mustache in his elder thumbnail has a shinier texture than the one found in the game. It is the same as Victor Goth's.
In Greek mythology, Hector was the son of the King of Troy, married to Andromache, daughter of the King of Thebe. Hector's death was documented in Shakespeare's Troilus and Cressida.
