Hector Thebe (né Albion) is the deceased Consort Capp's father, during his life he was married to Andromache Thebe. Like the deceased parents of many Veronaville sims, he suffered an untimely death as an adult. He cannot be resurrected without the use of hacks. If you use SimPE, you can see a hidden thumbnail of him as an elder. Why it is there is unknown.
