Harry Snivel is a repo man in The Urbz: Sims in the City for consoles. Most of the Sims fear him. Harry is also one of the three main villains. If your Urbz don't pay the rent, he will come and take some furniture from your Urbz house. Thre is a way to stop Harry Snivel taking your Sims stuff. You have to put all your belongings into the inventory and after a moment he will say "You don't even have enough items to pay the rent!"
