Harry Snivel is a Repo-man and landlord in The Urbz: Sims in the City for consoles. Most of the Sims fear him. Harry is also one of the three main villains. If the player's Urbz don't pay the rent, he will come and take some furniture from the Urbz's house.

There is a way to stop Harry Snivel taking the Urbz's stuff. The player can put all belongings into the inventory, but after a moment he will say, "You don't even have enough items to pay the rent!"

To defeat him, the player needs to use a Power Social on him whenever he is present in one of the districts. Then he will say "I am so embarrassed! I'm never setting foot on this district again!" and leave.
