Grayson Bui is a pre-made townie residing in Bluewater Village, the shopping district sub-neighborhood shipped with The Sims 2: Open for Business. He can be made playable by befriending and asking him to move in, or by marrying him. He is at the top of the Athletic career at the start of the game, and he is mainly interested in Entertainment. His relationships with other townies are usually randomized at the start of the game.
Strangely, Grayson's lifetime want at the start of the game is to reach the top of the Athletic career, even though he has already achieved it. He has the same facial structure as Phoenix Almassizadeh. He shares his surname with fellow townies Ray and Christopher Bui, but there is no evidence any of them are related.
Even though he has red hair, Grayson's SimDNA in SimPE confirms that his natural hair color is blond. He has a bronze talent badge in toy making, and a silver badge in sales and flower arranging. His name is randomized when Bluewater Village is generated. The name "Grayson Bui" is only referenced in the game files.
