Grandpa is a pre-made deceased Sim buried in the Goth family graveyard at from The Sims. He has the same head as Jeff Pleasant, and wears clothes similar to Mortimer Goth. It is unknown who he really is, or from what side of the family he was. His name suggests that he had children, possibly Uncle and/or Auntie. His real name is unknown.
It is possible that Grandpa is related to either Bella or Mortimer. He could be Milton Bachelor, though this is unlikely considering the difference in skin colors, facial features and clothes. It's also possible (and more likely) that he is one of Mortimer's grandfathers, either Simon Crumplebottom or Victor Goth.
